What It Does

The MHM 100 uses intelligent neural network technology to analyse your heart rhythm for up to an 8-hour period to produce an ECG trace. Neural Networks

A neural network mimics the way the human nervous system processes information and so is able to recognise a variety of patterns. Neural computers are able to learn and adapt by example and do not rely on rigid rules imposed by a programmer. It is particularly useful for ECG monitoring as ECGs differ widely between people and even during the day in the same person, and so there is no one ‘pattern’ that can be programmed in. They are also quick, compact and are not disrupted by background noise.
