How It Works

The MHM 100 records your heart rhythm via three colour-coded electrodes attached to your chest. It is very discrete and can be worn on your belt/waistband or your pocket while you go about your daily routine. Once complete, you transfer your ECG trace to your computer using the software provided, and then send it off for interpretation by a cardiology centre via this website. You should receive your expert ECG analysis within 24 hours. Many users will learn to use the monitor regularly to check their heart’s performance between expert reports, particularly when they would like to see how day-to-day activities such as taking exercise, alcohol and coffee affect their heart rate.

Because the vast majority of MHM 100 users will be unable to interpret the information given in the report, you will receive a personalised colour-coded summary:


Green Report

No significant irregularities have been detected. Click here to view a sample green report


Amber Report

Screening has detected some irregularities within your heart rhythm - you should make an appointment to see your GP within the next few days. Click here to view a sample amber report.


Red Report

Screening has detected some irregularities within your heart rhythm that may require treatment - you should make an appointment to see your GP as a matter of urgency. Click here to view a sample red report.


Blue Report
