Returns Policy for the Medick MHM 100 Heart Monitor
We hope you will be happy be with your purchase but should you wish to return any item(s) please follow the instructions below.
Before returning the product please contact Medick Customer Support who will take details of your reason for return and arrange collection of the product.
Non-faulty items
If there is no fault, please call our Customer Support Team on 00 44 (0)845 603 7282 within 7 working days of receipt and register for your Returns Number. If the product is returned complete and undamaged and in its original, undamaged packaging, we will exchange it or offer a refund based on your original payment method.
When returning a product please remember to complete and enclose the returns slip which will be sent to you by our Customer Support Team.
Please note that we cannot return an incomplete non-faulty product to the manufacturer, so please return the product in its original and undamaged packaging with all of its components.
You are required to take reasonable care of all of the components. If you do not return the product in the original and undamaged packaging with all of its components, you will be liable for any loss in value caused by your failure to take care of all of the components, which may be up to 50% of the price of the order.
Please note that we are unable to accept back non-faulty products where you have failed to register for a Returns Number within 7 working days of receipt of the product.
Faulty items
A product is considered ‘faulty on arrival’ if it fails to function, preventing basic operation, upon its first use out of the box.
If you believe your product is faulty please call Medick Customer Support within 7 working days of the delivery date.
Upon confirmation from us that the product is faulty you will then be offered the following options:
Replacement
A replacement product will be shipped to you at our expense and details of how to return the faulty product will be provided.
Refund
A full refund will be given based on your original payment method and details of how to return the product will be provided.
If the product is not confirmed by us as being faulty (e.g. through incorrect operation), the manufacturer’s standard warranty will apply.
Every product carries a manufacturer’s warranty of 24 months for the MHM 100 or 3 months for accessories. Where the Product becomes defective through no fault of the operator more than 7 working days after delivery we will arrange for the item to be exchanged under the terms of the manufacturers warranty. Full details of the Medick MHM 100 warranty are included in the original parcel within the user manual section on the CD-ROM.
All products replaced under warranty will be returned to you at our cost.
